So my phone turns of when I flip it close. Is there anyway to fix it?

From what I've seen here, the issue is that the flex cable near the hinge is being twisted whenever I close the screen. The screen replacement will cost 360 dollars which is just not possible for me. Is there any other way to fix it? Or can the display be replaced for cheaper?
