Could you please give more details. What is the motherboard make and model number?

Do you mean the power supply has no power or the motherboard is not responding that is no lights or fan movement?

check your CMOS ,replace new than,please check SMPS is working properly or Not ,clean CMOS ,througth the hot blower heat the motherboard some than check again .
