I'm pretty sure this one will work if you have the 44mm model: iFixit

No, I'm sorry, but you will need to purchase a 38mm one, I was confused, as if you have an Apple Watch SE 2, there are sizes 40 mm and 44 mm. The only watches with 38mm are the series 1, 2, and 3 watches. The series 3 looks very similar to the SE 2, so these adhesives should work for a 38 mm watch like yours: this one for series 1 and 2 and this one for series 3.
