So whenever I print anything the paper get jammed any idea how to fix it

Paper getting jammed repeatedly is typically an issue with incorrect alignment, some obstruction in the paper's path, or an issue with the paper feed mechanism. Anything that can introduce a wrinkle. or a fold to the sheet of paper could produce a jam.
I would make sure everything in the path of the paper is clean and, inspect parts for signs of wear, be especially mindful of wherever the jam is happening (assuming it's usually in the same place).
