Golden Heart of gold bear

It was a gift from my grandmother that has been around for a while... has damaged hair not his fur, needs a new nose his was originally upside down, and has a small hole above his belly badge. I'd like to also find a specialist that would be able to repair him for me... any idea where I could go and how much they'd charge for his repair?
