Why is it vibration when ever put battery in it

My phone vibrate but doesn't on but on at times by itself some phones technician have tried to fix it but could not and charging pot is not functioning also

@gabrielonwueje this "My phone vibrate" is normal behavior. It is supposed to do that. It most commonly does it when you have a defective screen. By this "charging pot is not functioning also" I assume you are saying that your phone does not charge.

For the power situation I suggest you start of by using the Samsung flowcharts.
