If i turn on the system rinse do nothing. If i put in test mode and i test from the water pipe is coming the water if i try water from the "central" from where the coffee is need to come nothing happened. How can i fix it?

(1)The pump seems to be OK!? Really? Perhaps it it to weak.
(2) So I would have a look for the solenoid valve (using the test mode) or the
(3) support valve as seen in this answer Coffee ends up in waste container
