Missing components C5C 11,12,20,21,22
Missing components: C5C11, C5C12, C5C20, C5C21, C5C22. I only need the components mentioned above and I am unsure about where to get them

@phillip96884 these capacitors are all the same. They are 0.01µF 16V 10% in a 0402 package. I prefer Mouser.com or Digikey. com but ultimately you can purchase these where you would like to. I do not get any kickbacks for mentioning those companies. It is just my preference. Check on here for the caps. You can always use the mfg. part number and do an online search to find different vendors.
