Nothing showing up on screen

Hi, my monitor is having a problem where the screen turns on but nothing shows up. I can see the backlight turn on, but nothing else shows up. It is not an hdmi issue or an issue with my computer. I have ruled out the backlight by using a flashlight to try to see the monitor’s built-in menu. I also know that is still working because I can still interact with it with the screen not working.
