google pixel 2 wifi ok my sim card is detected but no cell service no network infos ?

What hardware do i need to check ? tested the antenna's they have continuity . everything appears re-connected properly. we changed the screen & put in a new battery & no service was recognized later. Phone was siting for like 4 months unused prior to repairs .
