The only thing that works is the pump.

Whirlpool washing machine "6th sense" model WWDC8146. Start any programme and it goes straight to pump which operates/is clean perfectly and eventually times out and displays 'clean pump' indicator. I suspect the software needs a fault clearing. I have scoured the repair sites to no avail. Whirlpool customer services won't help as it's out of warranty. Can anyone help please with the sequence to erase the stuck software (need code) or perhaps code to start diagnostics. Better still the TECH SHEET for this model serial no. 12NC 859233815010.
