Why my Fingerprint not working?

Fingerprint identification does not work normally on the phone

When Fingerprint Identification doesn't work on your phone, for example the touch reaction is slow or the function fails, please follow these steps for troubleshooting:

​1. Fingerprint identification may be affected by stains or cuts on the fingers. Keep fingers clean.

​2. Use a clean, lint-free cloth to clean dust on the fingerprint button.

​3. Restart your device.

4. Delete the stored fingerprint data and regenerate the fingerprint.

5. If you install a screen protector or phone protector on your phone, make sure there is nothing covering or blocking the fingerprint identification button.

NOTE: THE LCD MUST BE ORIGINAL otherwise there is a possibility of permanent damage because the calibration feature is only available on original LCDs
