Sorry, these are like hens teeth almost impossible to find!
The best you can do is try to find a junker to get the part. Or if you have a friend with a 3D printer make them! That’s what I did for the Unibody’s, I had a few junkers for the retina models but they all have long since been used up.
If you are in the UK I find these folks really helpful! TheBookYard maybe they still have some hidden away.
