From what I have read that is a HDD fan motor error. Could be an easy fix with just cleaning out the dust. It’s also could be a bit more tricky than that.Personally I wouldn’t get it unless it was cheap just in case it does have more than what seems to be wrong at first glance.

@thequacker If it were on the sensor, the code would be 4SNS, not 4MOT, correct?
@ramonferre18311 Yes, I am sorry. I must have misread. In that case it could be as simple as cleaning the dust out or replacing the fan.
@ramonferre18311 & @thequacker - The fan tach feedback is the failure. Either because the fan is jammed or the contacts sensor within it has failed. Which is why this is a 4MOT error.
From what I can tell. This is a Hard Drive problem (notice the HDD in "HDD-1229"). You should back up all of your data and find a new Hard Drive.
