I have tried a few fixes for this issue that I found on google but the issue still seems to be troubling me.

Does the problem occur when using either WiFi or Ethernet for the internet connection?

To add to Jay’s question what is your means of connecting to the internet? Cable/Fiber, G5 wireless Modem or StarLink?

There is a lot to be desired in the question. It equates to, "why doesn't my car run".

Does it only drop out on the MAC?

If not, the question is not about the MAC.

Do you have WiFi?

If so, is it dropping out on both WiFi and Ethernet?

If just WiFi, do you have a separate gateway and router?

If so, the problem is in the router. If not, the problem is in your Gateway.

Is it your router or your ISP's router?

If yours, then YOU may need to replace it. If not, call your ISP.
