You are fortunate that the charging port on your phone is mounted on a separate daughter card so replacing the charging port is relatively easy and doesn't require any soldering (although you can if you want). I wasn't able to locate any iFixit-style step by step written guides, but there are video tutorials available such as this one.

The daughter cards are readily available online; I suggest starting with sites like Amazon, eBay and AliExpress, but there are others as well. Here's one of the first ones that came up on my cursory search.
