Open back panel of LG 34UC87M-B

My 34" ultrawide 34UC87M-B monitor suddenly stopped turning on after what I suspect was a power surge. I'm hoping to simply repair the mainboard or purchase a new one if need be, but I cannot figure how to remove the back panel.

Has anyone had any success with this? All of the tutorials I've seen for other LG 34"/32"/31" ultrawides don't seem to apply as the panel design is slightly different and the techniques described have not worked for me. Supposedly there may be an LG disassembly and recycling guide, but I have not been able to find one.
