Why aren't my Hearing Aids working with my phone?
Got new hearing aids and my Galaxy Z Fold 4 won't let me hear any VM's or ringing
of the telephone. Help.

What is the make and model number of the hearing aids?
Have they been successfully paired (Bluetooth?) with the phone?
