My Gigaset E630HX will not connect to a caller phone rings pick up but the flashing phone ringing icon on phone just keeps flashing .
But I can ring a number and it connects ok.
Had phone a couple of months How can I reset phone when I cant remember the pin

As Gigaset writes: "First disconnect the phone from the power supply. Press and hold the button with the tick symbol and reconnect the device to the power supply. Press and hold the button during start-up. After booting up, the device automatically performs a factory reset."
