Hello - My Macbook Air shuts down when I am watching either a YouTube or a video. When this happens my battery is still at 47%-48%.
I have replaced the battery with a brand new one but the problem still persists. Is this a hardware issue--bad SSD or the I/O board?

Let’s get a bit more diagnostic details. I would start off installing this gem of an App CoconutBattery take a snapshot of the main window while the MagSafe charger is plugged in while the cords LED is Amber so we can see things.

Please double check we selected the correct model as Apple has a 11” and a 13” version.
