I got this tablet 2 months ago so it is very new. My tablet was stepped on. It now has white and colored lines on it. The rest of the screen is black and won't change although the screen is not cracked.
I would really like to now if it can be fixed by me or a professional and how much it might cost.

By the screen not being cracked, do you mean the glass? The glass might not be cracked but the display under the glass may be.

Thank you, the glass is not cracked so it is very likely the display underneath is. Do you know how much it would cost to fix it or if it can be fixed?

Searching online for Onn 10.1 inch tablet 100092980 LCD display drew a blank. For me anyway. You may have better luck
It seems that getting a replacement digitizer screen is easy but not the LCD panel.
Here's a video that may help to find one.
Disassemble the tablet to gain access to the LCD screen and hopefully you'll find the make and model number or the part number for it, printed somewhere on the back of the screen itself.
If there is one there, search online for the LCD's part or model information (not the tablet's model information) to hopefully find suppliers. A lot of times the same LCD panel can be used in different makes and models of tablets but a seller may not list your particular tablet as being compatible because they're unaware of this and just list it as suitable for another brand
