@rich77697 The 15" MBA is only a 2023 model. There was no prior 15" model. No, the memory cannot be upgraded.

There are several different models of the 15" MacBook Air; we'll need to know which one you have if you want help. Look on the bottom of the case or in the About This Mac system menu.
