The ignition key is stuck in the ignition. I've tried the key release with no luck. I need to remove lower steering column cover to see what's going on. How do you remove the lower cover?

There is a key removal bypass underneath the keyhole to remove the key when this happens. I pulled up a video for you that shows you how to use it to remove the key.
