LG 55UH6030 4K Smart TV Screen Brightness "Pulsing" Effect

So I started out with a tv that was flickering upon plugging into the wall.

I went ahead and opened up the tv and replaced the two LED strips with the strips shown in this link (which is of course compatible with the tv I'm working on): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09Y8XP6KX?psc...

Once I put the tv all together I got the picture back but I discovered there was this "pulsing" effect of the screen where every 3 seconds exactly you'll see in JUST the right half of the tv pulse just a tad bit brighter. I'm attaching a video of the effect for reference.

I went and replaced the T-CON board but the effect remained the same. I also checked and all power saving modes are turned OFF. I'm wondering what else I can try to find and eliminate this effect. Any help is appreciated. Thank you guys.

@joeel two things that you need to consider is a.the power supply and b. the quality of the LED strips. Decrease the brightness on your TV and see if that changes anything. Check the power supply to make sure there are no issues with the backlight LED voltages. My gut feeling here is that this is an issue with the replacement LED strips.

@oldturkey03 I checked the differential voltage between both sets of LED+ and LED- on the Power Supply board and both show ~172VDC. The silkscreen on the board says that both outputs should be 186V - 180 mA. I tried plugging in the tv to different outlets with no change. I also took a video of the new LED strips installed and turned on with no intermittent "pulse" at that point in time. I proceeded to reinstall the diffuser and LED panel. I do want to note that there is a thin hairline crack in the screen that happened during the teardown when I first started. You can see it in the top left side of the screen in the video I posted. Would that have any roll in this?

I also tried adjusting the brightness of the tv along with other settings with no success.
