You say it 'runs for a minute' (not exactly, but . . .) A minute is a fairly long time - enough to put it in gear and start driving away. Does it still die?

Or - does it run for a few seconds (5-15) and then die. After it dies, does it start up again? I recall that this truck has a carburetor. Have you removed the air cleaner and looked down the carb throat while having someone start it to see if the fuel stops when it dies? (use a mirror. you don't want your face there if the carb backfires!). Put a little gas in a clean bottle and pour it slowly into the carb throat while it's running and see if you can keep it going. If it does, you will know it's a fuel problem. Try spraying some carb cleaner in any visible passages in the carb.

You say you've replaced the fuel line. Is that the fuel line all the way back to the gas tank? I've seen fuel lines rot and suck air at a high spot without an obvious fuel leak. I'm guessin' here.

@pambrazealwalls awesome truck! What size engine do you have in it? Since you replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel line you need to consider the carb. I would take the fuel bowl off and check the float. I wonder if your truck runs just long enough to drain the fuel bowl. That could be a stuck needle valve.
