My check engine light came on code showing P0134

The check engine light came on and was only showing one code P0134. I also noticed the car has poor acceleration issues? I'm not sure if they both can have something to do with the oxygen sensor needing to be replaced? I dont know much about cars but want to fix the issue ASAP.
