Is the replacement screen gorilla glass
I just bought a pixel 8 replacement glass and I'm wondering if it is going to be as strong as my original glass

You would have to tell us where you bought it from. Unless you got it from an authorized components provider (which is rare with most phones), it will most likely not be as strong as your original gorilla glass screen.

I bought it from ifixit , apparently they have the some partnership with Google
@jaysonparker iFixit does indeed have a partnership with Google and they sell genuine Google replacement parts, so yes, your new screen will use the same Gorilla glass as the original.
