@vashtimuiru commonly this could be a fan issue as well as clogged air ducts. Time to take it apart and to clean it off excessive dust and debris. Clean the fan and check to see if it functions properly. Replace it if necessary. You also want to consider a repaste of the heatsink. Use this HP ENVY X360 13 Maintenance And Service Guide to work on the "Thermal Module" (page 42) as well as the rest of your computer
