My charging cord would start to overheat, I tried different cords and different power sources. Charging light does not come on but near the charging port heats up with one of the cords. I tried turning off and back on then finally battery storage mode which I’m currently stuck in now because It won’t take a charge. Does anyone have any suggestion? I’ve tried everything it seems besides replacing internal components.

Sounds like either a dead power rail somewhere near the port or a dead port. I'd advise you to check the power rails by injecting volts from a multimeter, alongside using a voltmeter to try to pull current from the port in question.
