What is the cause for flashlight being greyed out, main camera glitchy

Flashlight is greyed out and cannot be accessed (Leads me to think it is ribbon connector related)

Additionally the main camera does not work, and apps say Error with camera etc each app warns uniquely that it cannot connect.

Sometimes after a reboot, like 30% of the time, camera can activate, however main camera cannot focus. Wide and tele seem fine.

So what seems to be the issue based on above?
