Ok so when i attempt turning on my xbox one x it puts me in the error menu every time i try to boot it. i contacted microsoft and they said factory reset the console yet when i try that i get an error

WHAT error menu? When asking a technical question, always be specific about the techncial details.

Its been a minute since I’ve messed with it if i get time i’ll try to reset it again to see the error code
The problem is hard drive i need a new one its like 50 bucks
