playstation overheats after opening games such as fortnite, minecraft,

so, a while back in 2023 my PlayStation 4 wasn't working with me no more, apparently it was over heating, the Sony said before shutting down, i also had to unplug the power and put it back again, and I searched up things that cause this, I tried cleans the fans, no use, making space for air to flow out the ps4, nothing. and I still have this problem, and I still wonder how to fix it. if anyone can help i would appreciate it, thanks.
