Led curved tv off color? ... one side its weird

Red are yellow

pink to light pink

blue to purple

i had this tv for a while the client that gave it to me sayd it had a aproblem but this ia havent seen it on any monitor/tv is it bleeding , fog? is it the panel , main board, led panel or sync issue .
