The power cord outlet only holds one half of the connector so it is loose and keeps falling out. Help! Love the clock hate that it comes unplugged and the alarm won't go off then.

Did you try a different power outlet?

It is not the outlet but the back of the clock where the power supply cord has the connector falling out all the time. Doesn't hold it snugly and all the way in.
