Power Button does not work after Display replacment

After replacing cracked screen, everything works except the power button. Rechecked that the cables were connected. I still need to fix the wifi not working issue, the clip on the cover needs to be installed. Will the missing clip on the cover impact the one off button. BTW: the button still clicks, it's just clicking doesn't do anything.
