My loudspeaker is dead, how do I change it out?
Yea, the loudspeaker is practically dead on my Mi 8, almost no sound/volume, how do i change it?

With most phones the rule of thumb is.
1.unscrew any screws on the outside if there are any
2.use a heat gun and pry off the screen
3.look for what you want to remove and unscrew screws around it that keep it held in place
4.replace part and screws
5.using a new adhesive re connect the screen and screw in place screws.
Make sure you have all parts necessary before attempting the repair and happy fixing!!
