If the phone has been dropped then it seems that the LCD screen may have been damaged and will have to be replaced.
Here's a video that shows how to do this.
Search online for GH82-19572A GH82-21250A GH82-19571A to find suppliers of the display module (LCD + Digitizer) that suit you best.
