Why is my head phone don’t charge?
Even when I charge all the night, it doesn’t charge completely or it doesn’t enven charge.

you need to replace the battery due to having it charge fully and extra and go all the way to dead which kills the battery.

sure ifixit should have one but you could also buy a broken one with a good battery for cheap
