When ever I try to dock my switch the monitor starts to switch from HDMI to analogue and won’t display on the tv. I tried buying a new dock, hdmi cord, trying a different tv and a different AC adapter. I also tried just about every troubleshooting option on the switch as well.

Okay, so you've tried everything even a new dock.
At this moment, it's the Switch which is having an actual issue here.
It could be the USB-C port it self.
Or the Rohm BM92T36 USB-C controller IC.
Or the Pericom Semiconductor PI3USB30532 USB 3.0/DP1.2 matrix switch (most likely).
Does the Switch charge fine? If yes, it's probably something with IC...
