Huawei smart watch touch screen is not illuminating
The touch screen is blank. I recently changed the battery and the watch vibrates when switched on but nothing displays on the screen

It's almost certain that the damage is on your screen, Can you remember whether you were touched by water? because after changing the battery it may be vulnerable to water entering 1>Open the unit and clean with corrosion cleaning fluid 2. Plug it back in and see what happens when charging 3 If it's still the same you need to replace your screen
