Lattissima Pro EN750MB - No water from Spout!?!

Had this machine for a number of years. Recently experienced the well-documented leaking from the Extraction Head. I replaced the Head ... produces espresso perfectly now/no leaking. However, now no water comes out of the water spout - so no hot water or frothing. All the hot water is diverted to the tray during this mode. I have tried all the "air pocket" removal techniques ... tried forced air back through the system and it comes out into the drain/tray area.

@chrisjohns48962 As far as I know this machine uses a solenoid valve to control the hot water/steam, the same as ECAM. Maybe it is broken or clogged?

If you want to fix it: Find it, first measure its resistance, should be around 2 kOhm. If OK, open it and clean it. (or replace it)

Did you reconnect the (internal) steam output connector to the case (where the frother connects on the ouside)?

Apart from a possible clogged or broken solenoid valve, the line could be clogged anywhere else too.
For example one of the hoses, or the output connector.
Or even the tiny hole in the part which the milk frother connects to the machine with.

I have checked all of these for clogs. The water intended for the frother is ending up in the drip tray - whether steaming milk or using the cleaning cycle. It makes all the appropriate noises … just the water is diverted. I replaced one of the solenoids …. same result. Flipped the solenoids - same result. How do I definitely test the solenoids?

I have manually checked both solenoids - both work. There are no clogs. ???
