My izito mulcher start then turn off the blade goes around ok but turn's off

I assume you are talking about the engine turning off, right?
If so, it is likely a gas flow issue. Either a dirty carburator or a broken/plugged fuel line.

Hi bill
My izito mulcher is electric and yes it turns off after a short while there's no obstruction or debris

Have you checked that the mulcher is not clogged, by starting it in reverse?

Yes no blockage debri all clear tried reverse went for a short while then switched off
