I am trying to fix my nephew's Nintendo Switch. The old game card reader wouldn't "click" games into place. I purchased a replacement from this site and the game now clicks into place, however I get a message that the game cannot be read. Also, it can be a bit difficult to pop the game out. I double checked to make sure the connections are secure but I'm still getting the same result. I appreciate any help provided.

Okay, this sounds like a bad replacement part. I would return it and get yourself a refund and get the part somewhere else.
Especially now the first issue is solved and a new issues comes up, sound like that the replacement part is just faulty.
