it won’t turn on not even touching the buttons any help

What is the model number of the washer?

Does it indicate that there's power available on the washer e.g. lights etc?

If not have you proven that the AC power wall outlet that the washer is plugged into is working OK by plugging in another appliance e.g. hair dryer and checking if that works?
