How do I fix random misfires in all 6 cylinders?

I have a flashing engine light. After hooking up an OBD reader I’m getting codes for misfires in all 6 cylinders. I changed its spark plugs and coil on boots on all 6 of them. Swapped the battery. The problem still persists. What should I do?

Check timing. Also check valve clearence; hondas like valve clearances to be on the looser end of specification. If belt has skipped a tooth or two it could cause misfires.

@brooklyn123 Thank you for the insight. I did compression test on it the other day and found every cylinder except for cylinder 4 is working fine. Cylinder 4 has 0 compression. What are my options now?

Well, it would be beneficial to know where youre not sealed, so I would do a leakdown test. You set cylinder for to TDC, take hook up the leak down tester, and itll show you what percent youre leaking, but you'll also hear it leak either exhaust side or intake side. I would also scope the cylinder and see if theres anything obvious like cylinder wall scoring, cracked piston, burnt valve... etc. If the issue resides in the block I would do a short block replacement, unless its simple like replacing a piston. If issue resides in the head, I would send the head to the machine shop and let them replace the worn and broken components; they'll also do a good inspection while they have it, and deck it if needed

If you're still getting misfires look for vacuum leaks on inlet manifold if its random misfires check ECU if it's particular cylinders check injectors

If all six cylinders are misfiring even after new plugs and coils, the issue is likely not ignition-related. The most common culprits are fuel delivery problems, vacuum/intake leaks, sensor failures (MAF, crankshaft, camshaft), or low compression. You should stop driving until diagnosed, as a flashing check engine light means raw fuel is damaging your catalytic converter.
