Skoda scala 2020 Rear reflector

Hi everyone , im trying to remove the rear reflector which is holding the fog lights connected to it. Most of the part is held with clips however the left side is connected with a bolt behind it... is there any way to reach it because even from under the car you cant

Maybe im missing something?
