Engine dies and won’t turn over

2002 Honda Accord, 310,000 miles, engine quits while stopped or while driving. Lights still are bright, battery was switched 6 months ago, alternator was switched also last week. Sometimes it restarts in 2 minutes, sometimes I have to wait a half hour. It tries to turn over but just won’t, not clicking or straining. Anybody have a similar situation? Sometimes I think a jump start gets it, but it might just be dumb luck.
