Why does my ps brows and produces alot of sound

Without more information is hard to be sure, but if the sound is the fan it's a relatively common issue with the PS3, check a guide about replacing the heatsink, you don't need to replace it but clean the fan and repaste the heatsink. That's assuming the PS3 works "fine" but is just the fan is noisy
