There is message I received it does not fix
my wheelchair turned itself off after going very short distance with an error message 65.

An on-line version of your manual HERE basically says error code 65 on your 'powerchair' typically indicates a problem with the battery, which may occur if the battery is not properly connected or there is a problem with the battery.
Further, when error 65 is triggered, the chair may stop working. The display will show the error code, and the device may not respond to controls until the problem is fixed.
To troubleshoot:
Make sure the battery is securely connected; disconnect and reconnect it if needful.
If that's not the problem check the battery for signs of damage or wear. It might need to be replaced.
Last, you can try to reset the chair; turn off the chair, wait a few moments, and then turn it back on to see if the error clears.
