To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order. To avoid digitizer issues, be sure the two metallic pads of tape near the home button are transferred to the new display. If your iPad did not have metallic pads, and you are having digitizer issues, you can place a thin piece of tape over the metallic areas near the home button. |
